1. Program
Let Me Fix That LLC provides handyman services, light electrical and plumbing repair, drywall repair, junk removal and moving help in the Omaha metro. Our text messages are about your requests and jobs: quote follow-up, scheduling and appointment confirmations, service updates and billing.
2. Consent
By checking the SMS consent box on our website, or by otherwise expressly agreeing over the phone or in person, you consent to receive text messages from Let Me Fix That LLC at the phone number you provide. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
3. Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your requests and scheduled work. Message and data rates may apply — contact your wireless carrier for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Opting out and help
STOP: Reply STOP to any text message to opt out. You will receive one final message confirming the opt-out. Opting out of texts does not cancel any scheduled work.

5. Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services acting solely on our behalf. 6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version.
